As In the Days of Noah and Lot:

The (Flash) Mob

At the bottom of this post I have included many links to what I am talking about that have been in the news, but I am not just talking about the news here. As the events described in the links happened, I was so stunned by them that I could hardly believe my eyes at how wicked and seemingly unstoppable these types of attacks could be. From a practical standpoint of how to safeguard yourself against such an onslaught is simply unreasonable, God will have to save you though it and because of this, these are simply jaw-dropping to me! As I have prayed over these things the Lord has brought an understanding of the spiritual nature of these events, I am still light on insight as to what to do aside from prayer, but may these insights help you. (And don’t skip the scriptures!)

But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:

And they called unto Lot…

And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,

And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly…

The Mobs of Sodom

We know the story of Sodom, homosexuality equals judgment, so let’s move on, yet there is more here than meets the eye of the casual reader, and it has been appearing in the news frequently for the past nine months, but has escaped detection by most. (Assembled below are links to the news articles I am referring to.) This news belongings to the Days of Lot and discerned it as one of the warnings Our Lord Jesus gave about the end times. There was a “mobbing spirit” involved.

In the news recently there has been a rash of what is termed “flash-mob” types of incidents, this is a spiritual release of demonic forces in preparation for what is to come. These are not the joyful planned “flash-mob choruses” we have seen, but are of a wickedness on a scale unimaginable and veiled until it will breakout in destruction that has never been seen before in the earth. The incidents of these types of attacks are becoming so widespread you can watch them unfold IN THE NEWS. In major cities there have been incidents on beaches, flash robberies of convince stores, drug stores and even flash-mob rapes; sound familiar? These are incidents of concentrated violence and looting that previously have only been seen before in riots! Yet, this is happening with small gatherings of twenty to thirty.

These spiritual forces of evil have begun to take root in the cities of America, and while has been present for quite some time, and riots and discontentment are nothing new, the scale to measure them has changed from needing a gathering of hundreds and thousands to have the onset of the “group think, mob type of effect” take hold, to on needing twenty or thirty. Anything incident or event that would cause a large crowd to gather into something the size of a protest would become especially explosive and exceedingly violent beyond imagination! Which indicates to me that the signs we are seeing on the news of small flash mobs is only the beginning and destruction on a horrifying level is soon going to break out.

We have a window to pray! As their influence is taking root, now is the time to pray for all those involved, because both those who take part with them and the objects toward which these mobs will be turned, ALL will be victims.

Laying Some Groundwork

This is not “disorganized,” it is the army of satin manifesting and gathering members of its kingdom for the destruction.

Luke 8:27-33

 And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.

When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.

(For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the devil into the wilderness.)

And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.

And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep.

And there was there an herd of many swine feeding on the mountain: and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into them. And he suffered them.

Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.

Why do I use these verses to speak of a gangs and mobs?

A Legion was a host of up to 6000 Roman soldiers we have looked very narrowly we have looked at these passages and noticed only the obvious, they were many in number. There is more here than simply a count; but they referred to themselves in “military terms”, and in numbers, not just numbers alone! The record in the book Mark reads:

Mark 5:9

And he asked him, What is thy name?

And he answered, saying, “My name is Legion: for we are many.”

This is the enemy’s army, not just a high count of many daemons in an individual. In the man, this “legion” greatly afflicted him, but when cast out into the swine they acted like a mob.

Luke 8:33

Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.

Even after these pigs these continue to afflict the people of the region, what happened next? The same spirits again gathered yet another mob; observe:

Luke 8:37

Then the whole multitude of the country of the Gadarenes round about besought him to depart from them; for they were taken with great fear: and he went up into the ship, and returned back again.

The mob is a military tool, the mob is demonically inspired military tool, a mob means a lot of demonic activity, a mob means a demonic army has come over and in a person, a place, a city or region. What we are seeing in these flash mobs is an army of darkness which stands behind them directing and inspiring them!

The Bottom Line

The fact that these mobs are manifesting in such small groups is a testament to us of how entrenched and widespread they are at this given time! In small groups we are seeing behaviors manifest which are normally only seen in riot situations, but what will happen when groups the size of rioters gather? This is a powered-keg waiting to be ignited in our cities and will erupt  into riots so violent and destructive they will be as such as the world has never seen before! These will be demonically fueled by an army of devils, for they are Legion, they are many; and they are here and gathering now for what is coming next!

This is required reading for anyone seeking to understand the psychology of groups in any form; from trends in investing, bubbles in markets, mass marketing and all the way to riot and crowd control. Bletting of a Nespolo

I wrote this in October of 2008, and is not fiction. At the time I was living in pain, and dealing with a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and wondering why, on a slightly larger scale than normal. When I first became sick I lost my job, was in the process of losing my house and my life was thrown up in the air. To make matters worse, a very good friend called me and said, “I was praying for you the other night and the Lord gave me a word for you, “Tell Brian, I’ve got him right where I want him.” Later that same week, as I had gone to my former employer return tools, books and retrieve some personal items, the CEO of the company, a brother, pulled aside into his office. He said, “Brian when I heard you were sick, I was praying for you and the Lord spoke to me and said, “Tell Brian I’ve got him right where I want him.”

A singular gulp of air is what broke threw the listlessness of night, but there was a reason for this gasp. I was awake, but more so than any other day. Quickly I dressed and with care descended the stair. Rheumatoid Arthritis made descending the stair a particular challenge, as fresh morning stiffness is never displaced by motivation alone.

What was this new motivation? Faithfully, the computer began to buzz as if it too was not ready for the hour, but slowly it also executed its own morning routines and came to life. The chair was not comfortable, though its reputation too had become a victim of besetting stiffness.

The first stop Google: the finder of all things worldly and obscure: this is obscure, isn't it? My hopes now rested on what? On this piece of obscurity? Is this the answer to my medical questions? The misdiagnosed cause of pain? A treatment? A Cure? A reason? It was just before that morning breath in which the familiar voice of a familiar man in the familiar dress of hospital whites spoke the words which entered my heart in the space of that first breath, but what did they mean?


"Maybe your house is full of Nespola?"
It sounded medical and was spoken by the man in medical dress; surely it must be. My anticipation fell when the pages were full of all things obscure and not a medical a medical term in sight, but an agricultural one?


Def: Nespolo

-fruit of the Medlar tree
-cultivated in Italy and Spain
-used in recipes for jams, jellies and tarts
-a hard, bitter and acidic fruit which becomes editable only after
       being "bletted:" a process certain fleshy fruits undergo to be made editable

Bletting of a Nespolo:

Ripe Nespola are taken from the tree and spread on some absorbent material such as straw, sackcloth, straw or bran and placed someplace cool and allowed to decay for several weeks. Ideally the fruit is harvested in the fall, immediately following a hard frost, which jumpstarts the bletting process by breaking down the cell wells and spreading decay. Once the process is complete, the flesh will have broken down enough that it can be spooned out of the skin. The taste of the Nespolo is a sticky, mushy substance that has been compared to sweet dates or a dry applesauce with a hint of cinnamon.

Another deep breath, a breath of understanding, entered me and began to sob. I am that Nespolo fruit, bitter and inedible until bletted: until left to a hard frost that bites into my flesh and breaks it down, until bruised, until covered in sackcloth and left to rot in a cold dark place. Oho, that I be loosed from my hardness and bitterness! Oho, that I might bear that hint of cinnamon: that third part of the anointing oil to anoint the utensils of the tabernacle and priests of it (Ex30:22-33). For the familiar doctor who spoke in the final moment of darkness was the Great Physician. He spoke of a cure, a treatment and a remedy; a remedy of the heart and the answer to the aching question of, "Why am I suffering this oho Lord?"

A Great Wave, A Highway as a Backward River

The following is another message which the Lord has showed through the angel he sent, which burned with flame. During my prayer time, this angel would draw near, and as he would draw near the Lord Spoke, look into the fire and as I did the following vision was seen.

I was standing on the land side of a harbor, and looking at the small sailing boats which were at their moorings and slips. The day was cloudless and sunny and suddenly from the West came a very high wave arose from the sea and began to approach the shore. i (see below)

The vision changed and I was looking down onto a highway. The highway seemed to the east of the harbor I had been in, but I saw the water still coming inland. I looked as the Water moved along a canyon and the highways and roads there. The water seemed to be following the road and the highway, as if it had become a river that was moving the water but from the sea inland rather than from inland to the sea.

The water upon the road ways was not very high, but at some parts it was able to fill the highway to the tops of the concrete dividers, as if the dividers were the banks of a river. Farther down I saw it lift cars from off of the pavement, and while the water was enough to displace them in its flow, it was not high enough to flip them over. Just high enough to lift some of them and carry them to the East. ii (see notes in smaller texts below)

i The height of the water at this point I cannot estimate, it would be sheer speculation on my part.



ii By estimation I could see the waters reach an approximate height of three feet, but no taller on the highway.


As with the visions before, in this vision no specific place is given for these events, but I have been to San Diego, CA many times and from all that I saw, and having a sense of discernment on this I feel that was the location. From looking at Google Earth, the places that I saw appear to be (NOTE: “appear to be” = is speculative at best) the Mission Valley Freeway (Hwy8), past the 163 Cabrillo Freeway and Eastward to Mission George Rd; which would include the 805 and 15 highways. I have stayed in this area before and the scenes were the same.


The Lord also spoke to me of the structure of these visions, and that the first vision holds in it a progression which will be repeated. What I can see of this so far is the following progression from the first series of visions: 1st an event, 2nd An Explanation of Why, 3rd spiritual picture of the same, 4th a spiritual picture of the people of God, 5th promises and words concerning them. The Lord spoke at the end of this vision that there was more to come and it follow in the same progression as the first.

Chains, Poverty and Disease

I went to prayer tonight, and as I prayed an angel I had seen before appeared in the room. This angel is a flaming fire, as the scripture says in these places, Hebrews 1:7; Eze 8:2.


As I was in prayer the Lord spoke to me, saying as He had said before, “Look into the fire.” (This he had said before to me in the visions I had, when we met by the ring of Living Trees and Fire. I get the impression that though the first time I recognized the fire as like a camp fire, that it was also this angel at that time too.)


And when I did, I saw first chains, with shackles upon them. The hung from a wall… and hung down as if made ready for occupants. The room was like a donjon.

 I looked again into the fire and saw as if it were a dusty street of an African 3rd world country. With dust and debris caught in the winds.

 I looked again, and saw a man lying upon the ground. His body was covered with flies and he was skinny, drawn and sick. I could not tell if he was alive or dead, but he was so very sick.

 I am still seeking the Lord as to the meaning of these things, I had previously withheld them, for the same reason, but now I feel I must release this.

The Lesson’s of Noah and Lot

(Luke 17:20-37)

I have heard these verses so many times as prophesy to say, “As in the Days of Noah and Lot means homosexuality will be on the rise and aliens-UFO’s with Nephilim in the skies.” I do not dismiss what is said about the nature of the passages the conclusions that can be reached; I hold them as true and just interpretations of the scriptures on these points, but the Lord showed me something quite profound and overlooked in these same passages.

Look at this passage in context: Luke 17:20-37, Jesus is answering the Pharisees question about “when the Kingdom of God should come.” The essence of their question is not when it will “come as a spiritual Kingdom,” but as a “manifest Kingdom” and the “Day of the Lord.” Though Jesus begins His answering with that, He did not stop there.

He gives us two historical Biblical examples to draw from; the first is (v.25) “as in the days of Noah” and the second is (v.28) “as in the days of Lot.” These example, as I said before have become buried under a tons of discourses about “signs of the times,” but there is something I missed in these passages and is relevant for our times.

In both examples Jesus said the attitude of the world will be careless… they will eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage… they bought, they sold, they planted and they built; they were CLUELESS on the day that judgment arrived. Yet, this verse goes beyond just talking about “The Clueless and Doomed,” there are two classes of peoples here: one is the clueless world (and church); but the other is subtle, but it is the “wake and living church” that hears the voice of their Good-Sheppard. These two examples the Lord lays out for side by side, the “world” and “His Remnant;” beyond that to His remnant, he gives instructions in these verses, these are after the examples to us of Noah and Lot.

The Meaning

Jesus was speaking to us, the “righteous and living children of God,” who, when all is accomplished will become “His Remnant”. As His people we will find ourselves hearing one of two things from Him in the Day of the Lord; “the call of Noah” or “the call of Lot.”

The first example is Gods calling to Noah, to whom God spoke, saying, “Build for me an ark” and went on to describe to him what it was for, what it was to be made of, how he was to build it, what he was to put into it and who and what he was to take with him. Then, when it was complete, “God shut the door.”

The second example is the call of Lot. The Bible says much of Lot in the NT, saying he was a “righteous man who vexed his righteous soul from day to day with the filthy activities of the wicked.” He knew Judgment was due, but until the angels of God appeared in the streets, he was still living in the cities of the plane that were about to be destroyed. He was spared. For God answered the question Abraham asked Him, “Will you destroy the righteous with the wicked?”

These two types are an example for us today, and how God will deal with us: as Noah and as Lot. Some the Lord is saying to us the message of Noah; “Build for me an ark,” and “here is what you need to do.” To others the Lord is/will speak the message of Lot, “Now is the time to get out, GO!”

Observe in v35, Lot was taken by whom? By Rapture? I do not neglect that this might be the rapture in a type, but theology demands of us first we take the literal, then the figurative. No, the angels of God came and gathered Lot and (tried) to get him out of the plains, which were soon to be destroyed.

Practical Implications

I am sure some are asking, “I am I Lot, or a Noah?” Firstly, this is something that can only be apprehended fully by prayer and seeking the Lord. Some general things can be gotten from looking at the circumstances of each; Lot lived in a geographical location that was to be totally destroyed. Highly consider if you live in a city or region that you believe judgment is declared on, that you most likely are a Lot. In the passage we are discussing specific WARNINGS are given in v31-33 to Lot’s. In that night, life and death will be determined by your faith and obedience to the “Written Word of God!” “Miss it” here, procrastinate here, linger here; and you are dead! Is that clear enough?!

In my estimation it is not easier to be a Noah than a Lot. Noah’s ark was not small; just the sheer size of what he was asked to do let alone the technical nuances of building something that was never done before, for preparation for something that never happened before, was no minor undertaking! The primarily hardship for Noah’s is responsibility to apprehend the instructions of God “perfectly,” completely, without error and without mistakes; the price of “missing it” is severe! This is a spiritually complex endeavor, but with results that are practical preparations for literal, physical substance. Miss it here, and you do not die a quickly as a Lot would when the fire fell that night, but you linger with your mistakes, misses and errors mocking you. Is this clear enough?!

There is a third group, a combination of the two. These have all the responsibility of hearing and obeying as a Lot and preparing an ark as Noah. I make mention of this to keep confusion from you, so that you will not be in error or dismiss the real instructions of God when you hear them, believing that a person must be either a Lot or Noah, or not both. Yet I caution you also, if you are indeed a Lot and attempt to be both, this also is error. Only from the Lord Himself and submission will you apprehend these things, so Fear the Lord!

Above ALL, Fear Not!

If there is fear to be had it is the life-giving Fear of the Lord! Not in terror or panic. If God has spoken to you about being a Lot, seek the Lord and abide in Him, steering clear from sin and distraction; as “the-wise virgins” with their lamps burning brightly and ready for more darkness if need be. If God has spoken to you to be a Noah, fear not; He will supply, He will tell you, how big, how, long, how high to build and do what He has asked you. He will tell you who to take into HIS ark, and then He will shut the door.

Give attention to these things, for this word is for us and for our hour.

The Sleepyness of Our Time

Pt.1 The Hard and Dry Road

The following discussions are about the current state we find the visible church in today. I know in my journey with the Lord Jesus Christ, I have struggled many times to be able to speak too many about why the life of God is so different from what is being taught in church. People such as the late David Wilkerson have filled a vacuum in the church, speaking of how the church of today is not the church that should be, and is not representative of the God’s plan for His church. I am going to add my voice to this chorus, but with that which the Lord has given me.  

I apologize in advance, the following articles are about to get technical about spiritual things, but it will turn out VERY enlightening by the end, but I might even through in a few stories for good measure. I know they will be hard to read and digest for those who live in Jesus Christ our Lord, but I hope in this series of articles to arm you with tools that can build a highway between the living and the dead. It will be tough plowing, but there are riches in this field of hardpan earth! May this bring life and understanding to those who are trying to understand why their life with Jesus is so alive, but the church seems so dead; how we can all read the same book and see and hear different things; and how people can make the same confession of faith in Jesus Christ, but one dies and the other lives.

I personally know how hard it is when God took a person who was living spiritually, walking with the Lord Jesus Christ, abiding in Him, knowing (personally and experientially) the fellowship of the Holy Ghost and then be made by Him to walk through the pages of theology books so dead, it seemed like it is sucking the very fire out of his bones and wasting the time of your life.

It was in the late 90’s when I wrote the pastor of my church a letter, seeking understanding about all I was experiencing in my living walk. I cannot imagine how it was received, because in retrospect, I was seeking understanding on topics like open visions, angelic visitations. I spoke of experiences like standing  in the very place that was spoken of by the Apostle John and saw the same things, and heard the Lord say thus-and-so. “I had read that passage many times”, I explained, “but when takes me three months to find that the place I have been is in heaven, and is a real place spoken of in the scriptures, I know I need some professional help from someone professionally trained; and according to the Bible, that man is YOU!”

In a very practical way the problem was my knowledge of scripture was being dwarfed and outpaced by the experience of walking with God. Going to church, listening to sermons, was not enough to sustain the volume of life I was experiencing! To have any hope of “checking if this experience was Biblically correct or not” was just so far out of reach I was getting afraid of doing something wrong, but I was addicted to rivers of living water and I wasn’t going back!

The answer to my letter was not the answer I was looking for, it was a pile of books, and this pile of books wasn’t a pile of books for study, this was a pile of books for admission to the Bible College run by our fellowship of churches, so I could begin study. I read them, and applied for the correspondence program they offered and thus began my journey.

I must tell you, I was in no way prepared for this type of rigorous and mentally challenging activity. I had dropped out of High School, obtained a GED from the State of New York and while studying at a Community Collage had a complete life breakdown which drove me to the Lord. My scholastic accomplishments thus far in no way prepared me for what I was about to dive into, and a dictionary was my companion in reading the writings of some of the best minds the world had ever produced, of which I knew I was not one.

All of the struggles of those days would become the greatest period of growth I had ever experienced! I obtain a “Diploma of Theology,” going through two programs and three years to obtain it. They offered at the time to give me a frame-able certificate, honestly I do not even have the piece of paper that shows I have it; but what I do have are spiritual weapons so sharp they cut flesh away from bone like it was butter, and cut the priestly and stately robes off of the spiritually naked. It was in those days of journey on the road of hard packed dusty roads made of dusty theology books that I became armed me with the most devastating weapons God has ever formed and given to mankind to use. While my historical of lack luster educational achievement continued; at the end of my journey I was a very rich man indeed. It is in a bag of tools and riches that has a label on it; “Necromancy Tools” because it involves talking with the dead: the dead that are teaching, preaching and learning in churches.  

I can hear the questions rising from the very targets of what I am about to say, “Who are you to say such things?” I have gone through great lengths in the preceding paragraphs to make a point: “I am absolutely nobody!” Come, hear my riddle; I’m under educated, unrecognized by anyone, I can preach but I am not a pastor, I can teach but I am not a Sunday School leader, I possess spiritual weapons of war, but not from the factories of theology; a nobody in every sense of the term!

BUT, if no one has to come and speak to you of these things, if the under educated need to become your teachers, if the people of no reputation rise up from the midst of you, then who are you? If I am truly nobody, then answer the points I present, they should be easy, they should simple for you; please show me the error in the way! I might even hear you on certain points; but I warn you, this will tend toward refinement, to strengthening and toward repentance of MANY! If I am no one, who are you?
