7-Days of Significant Asian Pacific Earthquakes

12_02032012

As I was awaking from the sleep the Lord was still with me, and I saw the following as dreams faded from me. I was looking at the USGS- 7 Day Map (link), and there appeared the squares of earthquakes that stretched along the Eastern edge of Asia along the Pacific. These followed the fault from New Zealand in the south, made an ark that followed westward, then east and northward to the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia.

The USGS map represents quakes by squares centered on the areas the quakes occur, and the squares vary in size by the magnitude of the quake represent. There are always quakes in these areas; I am not speaking here of the minor quakes that appear normally, but significant quakes of a Magnitude 6.5 and greater. “Significant earthquakes” are defined as 6.5+ and have the potential to cause fatality, injury and significant damage. Again, it is earthquakes of this type, significant (6.5+) and larger that I am speaking of, not the minor quakes which appear normally in this area.

The count of significant quakes I saw was 4-6. A swarm of significant quakes, greater than 6.5+ that will occur in a 7-day period, in the areas detailed above. At present in this area there are many quakes of the magnitude of 5.0 that follow this same level of activity, but soon these are going to increase above the significant line of 6.5+.
